- Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)
- Day 2: Fly to Lukla (2,850m) and Trek to Phakding (2,610m) | 35min fligh t+ 4 hours walk
- Day 3: Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) | 6–7 hours
- Day 4: Acclimatization Day at Namche Bazaar (3,440m) | 2–3 hours (round trip)
- Day 5: Trek from Namche Bazaar to Phortse Village (3,810m) | 5–6 hour
- Day 6: Trek from Phortse to Pangboche (3,930m) | 4–5 hour
