Outline Itinerary:

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu Airport (1400m) & transfer to Hotel.
Day 2: Drive Kathmandu (1350m) to Besisahar (760m.) & Syange (1100m)| 6-7 hours
Day 3: Drive Syange (1100m) to Chame (2670m.) on dirt track /4 hours
Day 4: Trek Chame (2670m) to Dhikur Pokhari (3060m.) & Upper Pisang (3,300m) | 6 hours
Day 5: Trek Upper Pisang (3300m) to Ngawal Village (3660m) through Ghyaru Village (3670m) | 5-6 hours
Day 6: Trek Ngawal (3660m) to Manang village (3540 m) through Bhraka village (3360m) | 2-3 hours
Day 7: Trek Manang (3500m) to Tilicho Base Camp (4150m.) through Khangasar (3700m.) | 5-6 hours
Day 8: Hike up Base Camp (4150m) to Tilicho Lake (4919m) & back to Base Camp (4150m.) | 6-7 hours
Day 9: Trek Tilicho Base Camp (4150m) to Yak Kharka (4050m) | 6-7 hours.
Day 10: Trek Yak Khark (4050m) to Thorong Phedi (4450m.) 3-4 hours
Day 11: Trek Thorong Phedi (4450m) to Muktinath (3800m) crossing Thorong-La pass (5416m) | 8 hours
Day 12: Trek Muktinath to Jomsom through Kagbeni (2880m) or Lubra village | 6-7 hours
Day 13: Drive/flight Jomsom (2720m) to Pokhara (822m) | 6 hours drive (20minuts flight)
Day 14: Drive/flight Pokhara to Kathmandu (1400m) | 5-6 hours drive (25minutes flight)
Day 15: Disperse for final departure

Nepal Entry Visa (Visa can be acquired easily after your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu with a fee of USD 50 for 30 days visa and USD 125 for 90 days visa).
Optional/add-on services: Extra assistant guide, personal porter, horse rental, or additional porters.
Emergency and unforeseen costs: Helicopter evacuation, additional expenses caused by strikes, weather, natural disasters, or itinerary changes.
