- Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu Airport (1400m) & transfer to Hotel.
- Day 2: Drive from Kathmandu to Arughat Bazaar (535m) & Machhakhola (930m) / 7 hours for 161km
- Day 3: Trek Machha Khola to Jagat (1,340 m) / 5-6 hours for 15km
- Day 4: Trek Jagat to Lokpa (2,240 m)/ 5-6 hours for 13.5km
- Day 5: Trek Lokpa to Chumling (Lower Tsum) (2,361m) / 4-5 hours for 16km
- Day 6: Trek Chumling to Chhekampar (Upper Tsum) (3,010 m) / 4-5 hours for 14km
- Day 7: Trek Chhekampar to Chhule-Nile (3,361m), visit Milarepa Piren Phu Cave on the way -5 to 6 Hours
- Day 8: Trek Chhule-Nile to Mu Gompa (3,700 m), visit Dhephyudonma Gompa (4,060 m) /3- 4 hours
- Day 9: Trek from Mu Gompa (3,700m / 12,139ft) to Rachen Gompa (3,240m / 10,629ft)/4-5 hours
- Day 10: Trek Gho to Gumba Lungdang (3,200m / 10,499ft) – 4-5 hrs
- Day 11: Trek from Gumba Lungdang (3,200m / 10,498ft) to Ganesh Himal Base Camp (4,200m /13,780 ft ) and back to Gumba Lungdang/7-8 hours
- Day 12: Trek Gumba Lungdang to Ripchet/Sipchet (2,470m) – 5-6 hrs
- Day 13: Trek Ripchet/Sipchet to Philim (1,570m) – 5-6 hrs
- Day 14: Trek Philim to Machhakhola (930m) – 7–8 hrs / 17 km
