- Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1,350m)
- Day 2: Flight from Kathmandu to Tumlingtar & Drive to Num (1,500m) | 40 mins flight + 4 hours. drive
- Day 3: Trek from Num to Seduwa (1,500m) – 5 hrs walk
- Day 4: Trek from Seduwa to Tashi Gaon (2,100m) – 5–6 hrs walk
- Day 5: Trek from Tashi Gaon to Khongma (3,500m) – 7–8 hrs walk
- Day 6: Trek from Khongma to Dobato (3,520m) – 5 hrs walk
- Day 7: Trek from Dobato to Yangle Kharka (3,600m) – 4–5 hrs walk
- Day 8: Exploration Day – Barun Valley Surroundings
- Day 9: Trek from Yangle Kharka to Dobato (3520m) – 5–6 hrs walk
- Day 10: Trek from Dobato to Tashi Gaon (2,220m) – 6–7 hrs walk
- Day 11: Trek from Tashi Gaon to Seduwa (1500m) – 5–6 hrs walk

- Nepal Entry Visa (Visa can be acquired easily after your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu with a fee of USD 50 for 30 days visa and USD 125 for 90 days visa).
- Optional/add-on services: Extra assistant guide, personal porter, horse rental, or additional porters.
- Emergency and unforeseen costs: Helicopter evacuation, additional expenses caused by strikes, weather, natural disasters, or itinerary changes.
