- Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu Airport (1350m) & transfer to Hotel.
- Day 2: Drive from to Besi-Shahar (760m.) & Syange (1100m) from Kathmandu/6-7 hours.
- Day 3: Drive to Chame (2670m) from Syange on dirt track / 4 hours.
- Day 4: Trek to Dhikur Pokhara (3060m.) & Upper Pisang (3,300m)/ 6 hours
- Day 5: Trek to Ngawal Village (3660m) through Ghyaru Village (3670m)/ 5 hours
- Day 6: Trek to Manang village (3540 m) through Bhraka village (3360m)./ 3 hours
- Day 7: Rest day in Manang ( Explore & acclimatization)
- Day 8: Trek to Tilicho Base Camp (4150m.) through Khangasar (3700m.)/ 6 hours
- Day 9: Trek to Tilicho Lake (4919m Tented Overnight) / 4-5 hours
- Day 10: Trek to Mesokanto La Pass (5285m.) or from Tilicho Base Camp & continues Kharkha Camp 3600m/ 8 hours
- Day 11: Trek to Jomsom (2670m) from Kharkha Camp/ 7-8 hours
- Day 12: Flight/Drive to Pokhara (822m) / 15 minute flight/ 7 hours’ drive
- Day 13: Drive to Kathmandu(1350m) from Pokhara /6 hours ( or 25mins flight)w
