Upon arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, We're grateful for the warm welcome extended by our official. We will take you to the hotel in our private tourist vehicle. Pre-trip meeting will be done and you will meet with your trip guide. Make sure to confirm your queries about trekking in the mountains.
After breakfast, your guide and private vehicle will pick you up from the hotel for a scenic drive to Pokhara, taking approximately 5–6 hours. Renowned for its breathtaking landscapes, Pokhara offers panoramic views of Nepal’s iconic Himalayan peaks: Annapurna and Machapuchare to the north, Dhaulagiri to the west, and Lamjung Himal and Manaslu to the east. Traveling by private vehicle allows you to enjoy the journey at your own pace, with opportunities to stop for photos, refreshments, or short walks along the way.
After a hearty breakfast, we embark on a scenic drive to Lete Village, enjoying some of the most breathtaking landscapes of the region. Along the route, you will see:
Passing through rocky hills and Ghasa Village, travelers are treated to magnificent views of towering Himalayan peaks, including Mt. Dhaulagiri, Nilgiri, Tukuche, and the Annapurna range.
By evening, we arrive at the charming village of Lete, where you will enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at a comfortable hotel. This day’s journey promises spectacular landscapes and unforgettable experiences, offering a perfect blend of natural beauty and cultural discovery.
After breakfast, we begin a scenic drive through the charming villages of Mustang, including Tukche, Marpha, Jomsom, Dhumba Village with its serene lake, Kagbeni, and Ranipauwa. Traveling by private vehicle along roadside stops, we will explore each village on foot, immersing ourselves in the unique culture, architecture, and landscapes of the region.
Along the way, enjoy stunning Himalayan vistas of Mt. Nilgiri, Tilicho Peak, Mt. Dhaulagiri, and Tukuche Peak, framed by the dramatic cold desert scenery of Upper Mustang. Compared to yesterday, today’s drive is shorter, comfortable, and full of picturesque stops.
At the Muktinath vehicle station, we take a 30-minute hike to visit the sacred Muktinath Temple, where devotees worship Lord Vishnu and Jwalamai. After the visit, we return to the hotel for lunch.
Following lunch, we drive to Kagbeni, a historic village known for its fortified layout, with houses enclosed by a common rectangular wall featuring only three small entrances. After finishing the Upper Mustang Permit entry, From there we continue to Chhusang Valley, the gateway to Upper Mustang, offering a deep dive into the region’s rich history, cultural heritage, and spectacular landscapes.
We start the day with a morning exploration of the stunning Chhusang rock cliffs before embarking on a scenic drive to Tsarang Village, which takes approximately 4 hours.

By late afternoon, we arrive in Tsarang Village, where you will settle in for dinner and an overnight stay. This day combines breathtaking landscapes, cultural heritage, and spiritual exploration, making it one of the most memorable drives in Upper Mustang.
After breakfast, drive to Lo-Manthang (3,800m), visiting Lo Gyar Ghar Gumba, Nepal’s oldest monastery, and exploring cliffs, sky caves, and Tibetan plateaus along the way. After lunch, head to the King’s Palace to witness the Tiji Festival, including rituals and traditional dances performed by Tibetan monks.

The festival usually begins at 12 PM. In the morning, drive to Chhoser Village (1 hour), with a chance to spot blue sheep and other wildlife. Explore sky caves and the village’s Buddhist school before returning to Lo-Manthang for the Tiji Festival celebrations.

Drive from Jomsom to Pokhara, enjoying the changing landscapes along the way. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel. Optionally, a short 25-minute flight from Pokhara to Kathmandu can be arranged, or continue by road (approx. 6 hours).
