Cancellation

If you need to cancel, please inform us in writing as soon as possible. Refunds are based on how many days before departure we receive your notice.

Refunds

• Refunds are made by e-transfer or bank transfer within 7 days.
• Costs already paid on your behalf, such as permits or flights, are not included. Flight refunds follow the airline's rules, and any remaining amount is returned after cancellation charges.

Trip Changes

Changes by the traveller

• Date changes: Please request any date change at least 15 days before departure.
• Program changes: Changes depend on availability of services. We will share any additional cost with you before confirming.

Changes by us

Weather, road conditions, flight schedules or safety reasons may sometimes require a change to your program. We will inform you as early as possible and arrange the best alternative. The cost of the alternative plan will be charged, and any remaining amount will be refunded.
